Zapu Progemme For The Development Of Democratic State
A democratic state is a state that respects promotes and protects all human rights (economic, social cultural, civic and political rights) without distinction of any kind, such as race, ethnicity, language, sex, religion, political or other opinion, etc. It is a state which is owned by all its citizens, and who are its supreme authority.
The programme for the development of a democratic state includes political democratization, economic and social development, as well as the obligations of the government and citizens. Development of a democratic state is a process of political, economic and social changes aimed at the realization of human rights. This process needs to be managed. ZAPU government will use development planning as an instrument of managing the process of creating a democratic state.
